Document Description
The Capital SouthEast Connector Joint Powers Authority proposes to widen Grant Line Road from its intersection with Mosher Road to the intersection of Bradshaw Road. The project will widen the existing two lane road to a four lane roadway with an adjacent Class 1 bike/pedestrian trail on the west (north) side of the alignment. This project will also include drainage facilities consisting of drainage basins and/or linear basins along the proposed roadway. The project is needed because the existing roadways between the City of Elk Grove and Sacramento County are insufficient to meet existing and forecasted traffic demand.
