Document Description
CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0086-R2 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Robert Upton, Nevada City Tech Center, LLC. The current project design calls for removal of the two ephemeral drainages and partial impacts to the unnamed tributary for 0.021 acres impact, the ephemeral mine drainages for 0.027 acres, and a riparian vegetation impacts total 0.005 acres. The impacts will be as follows a 48" diameter HDPE culvert, 90 linear feet long, with approx. 10-12 feet of native soil fill above it, to provide for the proposed road crossing of the major drainage-Peck's Ravine. Armor will be placed at the inlet and outlet of the culvert for 10-15 feet with rip rap. The total permanent impacts will be approx. 100-120 linear feet/0.021 acres.
