Document Description
A Tentative Final Map to subdivide a 12.97 acre portion of a 19.57 acre parcel (APN: 05-190-53) into 59 individual lots in two development phases. Development Phase 1 proposes the creation of the 15 "large-lot" single-family lots, to be sold as undeveloped lots suitable for custom homes, along with supporting infrastructure improvements. Other entitlements include a rezone to accommodate the Planned Development (PD) combining district for the 2-acre portion of the size zoned for high-density residential development in order to accommodate an exception to standard setbacks associated with ephemeral drainages courses; a Use Permit to facilitate a Planned Use Development (PUD).
