Document Description
The proposed project would construct a new 16,245 sf building and new parking areas on vacant land owned by the District at the Creekview Ranch School Site. The project would provide a permanent central office location for the District's administrative staff who are currently housed in portables at the Dry Creek School site located approx 0.9 miles south of the Creekview Ranch Site. The Dry Creek site is an older school site which has been closed by the District. The new building would house initially house 30 staff with capacity for a total of 36 full time equivalent staff. The new building also provides meeting rooms for the District Board of Trustees and the community. As part of the project site improvements for parking and circulation would also be constructed including a new parking area to the north of the site.
