Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0326-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Katherine Oven/Santa Clara Valley Water District. The Main Avenue and Madrone Pipeline Restoration Project (Project) is limited to the upgrade of the existing discharge pipe at the Madrone Channel with an energy dissipation structure. Construction of the energy dissipater will require the excavation of approx. 1,600 cubic feet of fill from the channel and installation of approx. 500 sq. ft.o f un-grouted rip rap along 900 sq. ft. of the channel bank to prevent erosion.
