The proposed project includes the replacement of the Main Avenue and Madrone Pipelines outside the city of Morgan Hill with larger pipelines to restore their full operations capacity and to convey adequate flows to meet future sub-basin groundwater recharge requirements in the Llagas groundwater subbasin.
