Document Description
SB 375 requires ARB to adopt regional GHG reduction targets for each of the State's MPO regions for years 2020 and 2035, and to update those targets every eight years, with the option of revising them every four years. The proposed project is an 8-year update of the original targets that were set in 2010 and indexed to years 2020 and 2035. The updated targets will take effect in the year 2018.
