Document Description
The project would supersede an approved 8 building, 297,478 sf light industrial complex with one 258,182 sf light industrial warehouse building on a 19.16 acre site. The proposed 41 ft tall building would be substantially setback from highway 121/12 and outside of the scenic corridor. The primary building entrances and architectural detailing are oriented toward the highway 12 and 8th St East street frontages. Similar to the previous project .5 acres of marginal quality wetlands are proposed to be filled to accommodate the project. Approx. .62 acres of existing higher quality wetlands along the southerly property line would be retained and enhanced through a wetland enhancement plan, including wetland buffer areas.
