The project consists of an existing 11,940 sf fellowship hall and 5,234 sf education building, along with 155 parking spaces. The modification would include the addition of two 9,924 sf educational buildings, a 35,512 sf sanctuary, and a walking bridge, developed over four phases. The project would also include updated landscaping and the abandonment of the existing septic system for an advanced wastewater treatment facility. The project is located at 1191 Meadowlark Way, in the Ramona Community Planning area within the unincorporated area of San Diego County.
