Document Description
The Specific Plan Update establishes land use, transportation, infrastructure, economic development, and urban design strategies to promote electric incubator district providing opportunities for businesses to thrive in a creative, innovative, and dynamic environment. The specific plan update provides new development standards and incentives for redevelopment and rehabilitation of existing structures. The SP update would support a total net increase of approx 517,094 sf of office, commercial, and industrial uses and also includes public realm improvement strategies to encourage walking and biking, and maximization of curb-side parking resources throughout Smoky Hollow.
