Document Description
Project consists of the acquisition of the Project Site and the construction thereon of Rondo Elementary School within the Corona-Norco Unified School District, on approx. 9.97 acres of land associated with Assessor's Parcel Numbers 144-070-005 to 009. The School will consist of an approx. 82,910 sq. ft. single-story main building including classrooms, a library, computer labs, administration offices, staff work spaces ,and a multi-purpose room. Other associated features such as play fields, parking lots, sun shades, and landscaping are also part of the project. Once completed, the School will accommodate a maximum of 1,000 students in grades K through 6.
