The project involves the project site acquisition and construction of Rondo ES within District boundaries, on approx 9.97 acres of land. The School will consist of an approx 82,910 sf single story main building including classrooms, a library, computer labs, administration offices, staff work spaces, and a multi purpose room. Other associated features such as play fields, parking lots, sun shades, and landscaping are also part of the project. Once completed, the School will accommodate a max of 1,000 students in grades K-6.
