Thsi project would demolish two existing surface parking lots, and construct an approx. 580,000 gross sq. ft. residential structure with approx. 1,441 beds within 410 student apartments, a community center, recreational facilities, and open space on an approx. 9-acre site located southeast of the intersection of Campus Drive and CA Ave in the UCI East Campus. The project also includes a bicycle parking facility, and a five-story parking structure with up to 530 spaces east of the residential facility accessible by driveways at Campus and Arroyo Drives.
