This project entails construction and operation of a single story 37,241 sq. ft. short-term skilled nursing facility building on the 4.93 gross acre Project site. The proposed project will operate 24 hours a day, and its intended use will be for a skilled nursing facility, providing post-acute care, which will include 59 beds for patient use. In addition, the proposed facility will include a large physical rehabilitation room, an interior courtyard, and on-site parking for 67 stalls, including 4 ADA compliant stalls. The proposed project involves the following City of Murrieta planning cases: CUP 2015-709 and Development Permit 2015-708.
