Note: Final and Response to Comments The proposed project is the Colony Commerce Center East Specific Plan which allows for the development of a +/-1,914,365 sf industrial development on +/- 95 acres of land. The project site consists of six parcels within 3 planning areas. The project proposal includes a specific plan, tentative tract map, development plan, and the development agreement for PA-1 and PA-2, which would be developed as phase 1 of the specific plan, and includes +/-1,683,170 sf of development. No specific development proposal has been submitted for PA-3 (phase 2 of the specific plan); therefore, the development potential of +/-231,195 sf will be analyzed for this PA. The max building height would be 65 ft.
