Document Description
The proposed project consists of several city-initiated actions: 1) an amendment to the city of Yucaipa general plan to change the land use designation from OS to NC for two separate locations totaling approx 11.5 acres and involving two existing parcels south of intersection of highway 38 and Bryant St and a portion of an existing parcel north of highway 38 and generally west of its intersection with Bryant St, and; 2) an annexation of approx 249 acres to the city of Yucaipa generally located north of the existing city limits and within the city's existing sphere of influence, around the intersection of highway 38 and Bryant St, encompassing land owned by Southern CA Edison and the US Forest Service.
