Document Description
The project would construct a four story, 125-room hotel. The ground floor would accommodate onsite parking, the hotel lobby, a restaurant, kitchen, laundry and meeting room. The remaining three floors would accommodate hotel rooms, which would range in size from 320 to 400 sf. The hotel would include a variety of amenities including: swimming pool, soaking spa, landscaped courtyard area, meeting rooms, restaurant, central vending area on each floor of guest rooms, valet parking, lobby/reception/check-in and reservation desk, guest luggage storage, and exercise room/gym. The project would employ approx 19 staff.
