Document Description
City has prepared this document to assess the potential environmental effects of improving seven water infrastructure facilities as part of the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The city is seeking approval for six water system maintenance, upgrades, and relocation projects; and one beach and pier project to rehabilitate the Seal Beach Pier. As a result of the City's Water Master Plan Update in 2012, these CIP projects address aging and damaged public works infrastructure for future growth and extreme events.
