As part of community outreach, city staff and the applicant's representatives have worked together to establish a framework for an appropriate land use entitlement process. To formalize and ensure transparency for the entitlement process, the city and the applicant have entered into a pre-development agreement dated October 11, 2016. This agreement sets the general parameters and provides development alternatives that are intended to guide the processing of various requested land use approvals required for the project.
