Document Description
A site development permit for the replacement of an existing approx 350 lf earthen bottom drainage with a buried storm drain to minimize the risk of flooding and property damage within the area. The proposed project is bounded by Lisbon St to the north, several homes along 600 block of Porter St to the east, one home at 7244 Jamacha Rd to the south, one home at 7231 Lisbon St, and two homes at 605 and 615 Lobrico Court to the west. The project site is in the Skyline-Paradise Hills community plan area and council district 4.
