The proposed project consists of a Final Development Plan (16-FDP-03) and CUP (16-CUP-01) for a 34,439 sf family entertainment center, which will consist of 18-lane bowling alley, restaurant/bar, part and meeting rooms, game area, arcade, office space, and restrooms, and parking and landscaping in support of those facilities. Approx 3.05 acres will be developed. A CUP is required for the outdoor patio area, which contains three bocce ball courts. The 10.26-acre property is located along East Highway 246, south of Hwy 246 and includes one parcel (APN 137-200-078). The property is currently vacant.
