CDFW has executed Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0022-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game code, to the project applicant, ZC Commons Holdings LLC, represented by Don Conner, for the Commons at Zaca Creek Project. The project is the construction of a 55,000 square feet retail center on a 4.25-acre parcel comprised of a public market, restaurants, tasting rooms, space for food vendors and artisan retailers, with supportng parking spaces and driveways. Stream impacts include vegetation removal, grading to within ten feet of Zaca Creek, installation of a pedestrian bridge over Zaca Creek, and realigning/undergrounding a 263-foot reach of an unnamed tributary to Zaca Creek. Equipment proposed for use consst of backhoes, front-end loaders, sheep's foot rollers, and hand compactors.
