The proposed project consists of a final development plan (16-FDP-05) and CUP (16-cup-02) for the construction of 54,286 sf of mixed use commercial space in five buildings with a tenant mix that includes a public market, tasting rooms, local and regional restaurants, craft food vendors and unique artisan retailers. Amenities include: exterior patios, indoor/outdoor activities, a central green space with outdoor gathering areas and recreation (including a bocce ball court), landscaping, parking internal pedestrian circulation, and a bike-share program. The 4.25+/- acre irregularly-shaped, undeveloped property is located north-east of the intersection of Damassa Road and McMurray Road. The site is relatively flat with a gentle slope towards Zaca Creek, which runs north of and through the west side of the property; a portion of the site is within the 100-year flood zone.
