Project includes the acquisition of an approx. 45-acre site for the college center on the south side of E. Church Avenue between S. Walnut Ave. between S. Walnut Ave. and S. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in the City of Fresno and the construction and operation of a college center on the site. The project would have capacity for up to 5,000 students plus approx. 250 faculty and staff and would include space for classrooms, administrative activities (student services, counseling, etc.), career technical educational facilities (e.g. an automotive repair shop), a health fitness center, bike and paths, parking areas, and a community garden.
