Residential Single-Family, Residential Multi-Family, Commercial, Office, Open Space, Public and Institutional
Project proposes land uses and guiding principles for the full development of a specific plan that envisions the interplay of "Complete Neighborhoods," "Corridors," and "Magnet Cores" to create a vibrant desirable community for both existing and new residents. The Plan sets aside the majority of land for single-family residential uses and locates higher density residential numbers of residents to shopping, schools, parks, and transit.
