Demolition of an existing dog training facility and the construction of a new 64,506 sf self storage facility. The project will result in the removal of 23 non-protected trees. The applicant will be required to replace all removed trees to the satisfaction of the Board of Public Works, Urban Forestry Division. The project will require approx 1,500 cy of dirt to be moved and balanced on the project site.
