Proposed changes include: 1. An increase to the permitted maximum tonnage from 3,692 tons per day to 3,750 tons per day. 2. An increase to the permitted area from 190 acres to 197 acres; 3. An increase to the permitted traffic volume from 150 vehicles per day to 605 vehicles per day; 4. Receipt of additional feedstocks to include digestate and herbivore and avian manure and updating approved feedstock list to be consistent with CalRecycle definitions; and 5. Implementation of a forced aeration system (positive or negative airflow) during active composting phase.
