The SWRCB is the lead agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing funds for the project. The West Water company proposes to conduct feasibility and planning studies for upgrades to their system which will include a preliminary engineering report, hydrogeological/geotechnical investigation, plans and specifications, water rate study and TMF assessment, preparation of environmental documents and a test well.
