Document Description
The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0060-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Pinole Point Properties, LLC as represented by Peter Wais. Project is limited to removal of sediment material from two reaches along a previously unnamed channel. At the first location approximately 15 cubic yards of sediment will be removed; at the second location 135 cubic yards of sediment and material along 300 linear feet of channel will be removed.
