Lease -- Existing Parole Office Space
NOE - Notice of Exemption
CDCR is going to renew its lease at the Oxnard parole office location. The office will continue to be used for parole office operations. The location is zoned for office use and there will be no increase in occupancy or parking beyond the existing levels. The use is consistent with local zoning requirements.
The project consists of leasing existing public or private structure and facility involving negligible or no expansion of use (CEQA Guidelines 15301). This is one of a class of projects that the Secretary for Resources has found do not have a significant effect on the environment, and therefore is declared to be categorically exempt from the requirement for preparing an environment document. None of the exceptions to a notice exemption apply.
