Document Description
The purpose of the project is in-kind replacement of the existing weir structure within Horton Creek. The structure will be cast in-place concrete and new operating gates will be installed. A surface water diversion plan will be implemented during construction and will remain in place until a new concrete has cured and all other work in the channel is complete.
