Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2016-0477-R1, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to Mr. Brent Knapek.
The project is limited to two encroachments for water diversion from Kendall Creek. Water is diverted for domestic use and irrigation. Work for the water diversion will include use and maintenance of the water diversion infrastructure. The existing diversion directs excess diverted water into an over-flow channel that routes this water away from the natural stream. To maintain max flow within Kendall Creek, diversion will be minimized with the use of float valves at water tank transfer locations. No water shall be diverted to the overflow channel as per this agreement.

The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
