Reasons for Exemption
Project involves reconstruction of existing facilities. Storm drains have been determined undersized and will require an upgrade to meet current design standards. Upgrading these facilities to sufficiently carry design storm flows will protect public and private land from possible flooding. All planned improvements would occur in either the same alignment or adjacent to the existing alignment.
