Document Description
Caltrans proposes a highway maintenance installation project near the City of Livingston on State route 99 in Merced County. The scope of the project includes the installation of an overhead sign, guardrail, and AC dike. All construction will take place within the existing Caltrans right-of-way. No construction activities, staging, parking of equipment, storage, or dumping of any materials outside of Caltrans right-of-way will be allowed. The purpose of the project is to add an overhead sign structure for road user information. The need of the project is to improve the safety and efficiency of traffic.
