Document Description
The CMD proposes to license, on an annual basis, Training Area Sierra (approx. 1.6 acres) to Phillips 66 for no more than 60 days, within a 12 month period for fire training, using fixed props, portable natural gas props, and fire extinguishers containing water and bicarbonate soda. Operational water will be contained on site.
