Document Description
This project will demonstrate that measured home performance above existing Title 24 code practices coupled with high-efficiency, low capacity heating systems in new and existing single family homes will show an energy savings in excess of 30% compared to a Title 24 compliant new construction home or a typical LA Basin existing home with standard equipment. This project will benefit the existing homeowners who will have reduced energy bills from the installed systems. Ratepayers will also benefit by having tested and proven technology options available for installation in their own homes.
