The Amah Mutsun Land Trust will develop a summer camp program for Native American youth, ages 12-17, on the San Mateo/Santa Cruz coast. The project is exempt under CCR Section 15301 because it involves operation of the Quiroste Cultural Preserve and Pescadero and Bean Hollow State Beaches with no expansion of use. Invasive species removal activities are also categorically exempt under CCR Section 15333 because it is as small scale habitat restoration project that meets all exemption criteria.
