Document Description
The Department of Water Resource will convey up to 371 acre-feet of Friant Division Central Valley Project water to DRWD, under Article 55 of DRWD's long-term water supply contract with DWR. This water is purchased from the two Friant CVP contractors member units of DRWD. Bureau of Reclamation will make the water available to DWR at O' Neill Forebay. DWR will convey the water form O' Neill Forebay to DRWD's turnout at Reach 8D of the California Aqueduct.

No construction is required to implement the proposed delivery. The facilities are existing facilities that have not been expanded or modified to implement the proposed change in points of delivery.
