The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the responsible agency. The Arvin Community Services District proposes to drill four test water wells in the City of Arvin and County of Kern to determine the water production and water quality for proposed municipal water well locations. The test well information will be utilized to design an Arsenic Mitigation Project to solve the arsenic problem in Arvin, CA.
