Document Description
Florence Lake is part of Southern California Edison's (SCE) Big Creek 2A, 8, and Eastwood Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Project Number 67, for which FERC issued an operating license on August 9, 1978. SCE proposes to install a geomembrane liner on two sections of the Florence Lake Dam. In addition to the geomembrane installation, repairs to the plinth, low-level outlet structure, slide gates, and Ward tunnel intake will be undertaken. Maintenance of the Ward Tunnel Minimum pool weir will be conducted as needed.
