Document Description
Replace the roofs on six structures at Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park to preserve and protect the facilities. Work on the structures known as Residence #1, Residence #1 Detached garage, Residence #12, Residence #12 Detached Garage, Combination Restroom #8, and Combination Restroom #9; remove existing roofing, underlayment, nails, metal flashing and roof jacks; install new felt underlayment, new roof jacks, painted edge metal and valley flashings, gutters, downspouts and mechanical ventilators, as needed, and install new composite shingle roofings.
