No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated n compliance with Sections 15300.2. The project is exempt under CEQA §15304- Minor Alterations to Land as "New Gardening or landscaping, including the replacement of existing conventional landscaping with water efficient or fire resistant landscaping." The project does not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees. Additionally, the action falls under the Departmental List of Exempt activities according to CCR §15300.4 as a "Resource Management Project" to protect, restore, or enhance rare, threatened or endangered species and their habitat. This project also is exempt as "installation of signs" (Class 11, Section 15311).
