Document Description
The proposed project is a tideland use and occupancy permit to the DOLE Fresh Fruit Company, a Nevada Corporation for their use of approximately 4,339 square feet of non-exclusive warehouse space for the purpose of accessing two loading doors located within the National Distribution Center in the city of National City, California. The areas proposed for use and are currently and are proposed to be used only and exclusively for the purpose of warehousing, distribution, refrigeration, and an office facility, and for no other purpose of warehousing, distribution, refrigeration, and an office facility, and for no other purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of the Executive Director of the District in each instance. The proposed project would not increase storage capacity or queuing time for trucks, but now to allow for additional truck trips. The Tenant would be responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations associated with the activities on or in connection with the above-described premises, and in all uses thereof, including those regulating storm water and hazardous materials. No new development, construction uses, or in case in the size of the Tenant's leasehold or the TUOP area is proposed or authorized as part of this TUOP.
