The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0069-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the fish and Game code to Wurlitzer Land and Farming Company. The project is limited to the operation and maintenance of two existing pre 1914 riparian diversions authorized by Tehama County Superior Court Decree Number 3296, dated December 12, 1913.
