Document Description
The project consists of leasing storage (1,650 sf) and small office (964 sf) space. The storage area will be used to store equipment that is needed during investigations, training, local agency assistance and other items needed for law enforcement operations. Minor alterations to the interior is proposed consisting of electrical and security system.
Currently, equipment used by the arson and bomb squad staff is being stored at different locations throughout the Sacramento region. To simplify local agency coordination and operations during arson investigations and bomb squad events all equipment will be moved to the new storage area.
