The State Water Resources Control Broad (SWRCB) as the lead agency will be issuing a waterr supply permit. The Legacy Parcking proposes to construct a new well (Well 09) to replace Well 02 which collapsed in 2016. The water from Well 03 will be used for all domestic purposes.
