Document Description
This project would provide Los Angeles County Department of Public Works (LADPW) with an easement over a short portion of Malibu Drive in Malibu Creek State Park in order to maintain the road. The road is a one-lane connector that links two residential roads in the Malibu Lake community. It provides an additional means of evacuation for the community in the event of an emergency. California State Parks does not have the staffing or the budget to maintain the road.
