The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project includes upgrades and improvements to Well 8 which include but are not limited to installation of a manganese filtration system, upgrades and improvements to Well 9 and Well 10, and installation of 566 new water meters throughout the City.
