Document Description
GSWC has a plant site located at 6301 Hetzler Road, Culver City 90232. They have requested permission to connect to the drain that runs through BHSO. Before they begin construction of the drain line, they need to pothole the existing utilities outside their site on Hetzler Road. Potholing would be completed with a vacuum excavation truck in conjunction with high-pressure air or water to excavate material and expose underground utilities.
