Document Description
The proposed project is a 347,651 sf warehouse and distribution center for Performance Food Group, which would be constructed in two phases. The first phase includes demolition of the existing house, well abandonment, site clearance, and construction of a 189,303 sf warehouse and distribution facility, loading docks, surface parking, gated access, landscaping, utilities, and a storm water detention pond. The building would include dry and cold storage, and office space. The second phase consists of a 150,968 sf addition to the building, additional loading docks, truck parking, and a 7,380 sf truck maintenance building and fueling station. Assumed operational date of the first phase is by 2020.
